The History Behind The Chef!
My name is Doris "La' Dorris" Raphel. While residing in Atlanta, Ga., I enrolled into The Atlanta School for Chef's from 1993 to 1994.. Upon graduating I received my certification for a chef. I opened business in the Shreveport-Bossier area in Louisiana in 2000. Now i'm residing in the Cedar Hill, Texas and surrounding areas. I finished my degree in Dallas Texas, as a Culinary major 2008 of October.licensed to work in any state.
